Fall Members' meeting
Members are invited to the Fall Members' Meeting, Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at The Annenberg Center,
University of Pennsylvania. Major questions to be addressed at this year's meeting include whether
capital markets have moved ahead of fundamentals, how the business of real estate is going to change
following the Great Recession, and whether we finally are seeing a true rebound in the hospitality

The Spring Members' Meeting took place on April 27-28, 2010 at the
Rittenhouse Hotel, Philadelphia. The dinner speaker was Larry Summers,
Director of the National Economic Council for President Barack Obama and
Secretary of the Treasury under President Clinton. The speaker on Wednesday,
April 28 was William Ackman, CEO and Founder of Pershing Square Capital
